• You prepare components and surfaces for the painting process
• You carry out painting and coating work in the bodywork and/or industrial sectors, depending on your role
• You repair paint damage and touch it up
• You mix and adjust paints and colour shades
• You operate painting and drying equipment
• You ensure quality in accordance with company specifications
• Finally, you carry out finishing work such as sanding, polishing and the final inspection

• You have completed vocational training as a vehicle painter (m/f/d), industrial painter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you can demonstrate some initial work experience in the field of paint finishing; career starters (m/f/d) are welcome
• Knowledge of surface preparation and experience with painting and spraying techniques will be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts or rotating shifts, depending on client assignments
• You should be mobile, as client assignments may be outside the public transport network
• You possess manual dexterity, technical understanding and a meticulous approach to your work
• Finally, you impress with your ability to work as part of a team and your reliability
• Colour vision and an eye for surfaces and materials round off your profile
