• Core working hours: 07:45 to 16:30, once a week until 6.00 pm, and on Fridays only until 3.00 pm

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointments
• You will be responsible for maintaining digital files
• You will monitor deadlines
• Processing emails will also form part of your duties
• You will also be responsible for producing copies
• You are confident in using the Lexsolem programme and the data management system
• From time to time, you will assist with enforcement

• you have completed vocational training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You would ideally have professional experience in the aforementioned field
• You have a good command of MS Office
• Your portfolio includes excellent written and spoken German skills as well as a valid work permit
