Job description

  • You will handle telephone calls and correspondence with clients, courts and authorities
  • You will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines and appointments and coordinating court hearings
  • You will be responsible for drafting pleadings
  • You will be responsible for organising the office

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), notary's assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained professional experience in this field
  • You are also confident in using MS Office
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • A high level of organisational skills and a structured way of working speak for you
