• You will assist with patient admission and information over the telephone
• You will be responsible for drafting correspondence independently
• You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient internal and external communication

• If you have completed a vocational qualification in a commercial field – e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d) – and/or in the healthcare sector, or hold qualifications from the hotel industry – e.g. as a hotel manager (m/f/d) – you are very welcome
• You are proficient in using standard communication tools and have very good knowledge of MS Office and IT
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts, weekend and public holiday shifts as well as night shifts
• You work in a structured manner, are a quick learner and keen to take on new challenges
• You have an open-minded personality and are characterised by a high degree of flexibility, team spirit and a willingness to communicate
