• In this role, you will assist with patient admission and information, including handling the switchboard
• You will draft correspondence independently
• Finally, you will ensure efficient internal and external communication

• You have completed a vocational qualification in the commercial and/or healthcare sector, including IT skills, or you have qualifications from the hotel industry (hotel business administrators or hotel management specialists are welcome)
• You are proficient in using standard communication tools and have very good MS Office skills
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are also willing to work shifts, weekend and public holiday shifts, as well as night shifts
• You are characterised by a structured approach to work, a quick grasp of new tasks and a desire to take on new challenges
• You have an open-minded personality and possess a high degree of flexibility, team spirit and a willingness to communicate
