• You will take care of payroll accounting and HR administration, including the creation of employment contracts, references and certificates
• you will also be responsible for advising employees on payroll and administrative issues
• maintaining HR master data and the time recording system
• you will be responsible for creating HR-related statistics and analyses
• special tasks in HR management round off your job profile

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of HR or payroll accounting
• You have experience in dealing with ERP systems and HR programmes
