• You will independently carry out payroll accounting for all employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will be responsible for recording working hours, including absences; you will maintain an overview and document accurately
• From joining to leaving, you will take care of all personnel administration and ensure clear administrative structures
• As a contact person, you will be available to answer questions from both employees and managers and provide competent support

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), HR administrator (m/f/d)
• With further training in the field of HR and payroll, you demonstrate a commitment to specialist knowledge and development
• You bring your knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, to your day-to-day work and thus facilitate processes
• You are characterised by your organised and independent way of working
