Job description

  • You will carry out the monthly payroll accounting for all employees independently and on time - including fixed salaries, hourly wages and variable remuneration components such as bonuses, allowances, shift and overtime bonuses
  • In addition, you calculate salaries and non-tariff bonuses for new hires, tariff increases or individual contract changes and coordinate these with the respective departments
  • Your task is to ensure that all timesheets (e.g. B. from timesheet apps) are available and recorded on time; If this is not the case, you will catch up on this in consultation with employees or departments
  • You will check and book different working times so that these are correctly included in the payroll - for example flat rates, project-related times or time accounts
  • When dealing with special payments such as holiday pay, Christmas bonuses, special annual payments or other bonuses, you will ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements
  • You will also record and take into account all absences (sickness, holiday, parental leave, etc.) in the payroll.

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

  • In your daily work you use your sound knowledge of payroll accounting
