• You will carry out the monthly payroll processing for several companies in Datev on time
• You will maintain personal master data and manage payroll accounts
• As the central point of contact, you will be available to staff, administrative staff and facility managers on site on all matters relating to payroll
• You are responsible for handling all matters relating to health insurance funds, tax offices and public authorities
• Finally, you will contribute to project work in the payroll department

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a recruitment services specialist (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you can demonstrate solid professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
• you have a good knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Experience using DATEV would be an advantage
• Finally, you impress with a confident, friendly and service-oriented manner, as well as a strong team spirit
