• You prepare the monthly payrolls carefully and on time
• You accompany and supervise external social security and payroll tax audits from start to finish
• You process payrolls based on collective agreements and non-tariff agreements, taking into account variable remuneration components and social security-relevant benefits
• You maintain and manage absences such as holidays, sick leave and parental leave in the time recording system
• As the first point of contact for employees, you are available to assist with all pay-related issues

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or qualification as an accountant
• Practical experience in wage tax, social security and labour law, social security and labour law
• You have good knowledge of the tax consulting software DATEV
• Knowledge of Unternehmen Online and Sage is an advantage for you
• Good written and spoken German language skills are part of your portfolio
