• You will independently prepare payslips and ensure that monthly payments are processed on time
• Submitting reports to health insurance providers and public authorities is also part of your role – you will ensure that these are submitted correctly and by the deadline
• You will always maintain employee master data carefully and keep it up to date
• You will support the team with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth start or departure for employees

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in payroll or human resources is desirable and will complement your specialist profile effectively
• You are confident and experienced in using IT systems
• You have a good command of German
