Job description

  • You will be responsible for preparing the payroll for around 150 industrial and office staff independently and on time
  • You will also be responsible for all reporting and certification procedures, as well as ensuring that all staff are properly registered with the statutory social security scheme
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously updating all personnel master data in accordance with the applicable labour and social security legislation
  • Your duties will also include providing expert support and advice to all staff on any queries relating to wages and salaries
  • As part of your role, you will assist with the preparation for external income tax and social security audits by providing all relevant documents in a structured manner
  • Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation of regular HR reports, statistics and personnel analyses for senior management and the Controlling department
  • Finally, you will be responsible for professional correspondence with external authorities, health insurance providers and the tax office on all matters relating to payroll

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
