• You are responsible for preparing payroll accounting for employees
• Maintaining personnel master data and monitoring entries and exits are part of your area of responsibility
• You reliably process holiday, sickness and other absence notifications
• you will ensure that taxes and social security contributions are paid on time
• you will be available to assist employees with questions about payroll accounting, social security or tax issues
• you will work closely with external bodies such as authorities and tax advisors (m/f/d) and prepare the relevant reports

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d) as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
• You are characterised by a confident handling of common payroll and personnel management systems
• You have sound knowledge of current wage tax and social security law
• Good written and spoken German skills speak in your favour
• Diligence, discretion and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
• you work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with a high workload
