Job description

  • You will be responsible for independently carrying out monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees, taking into account all current legal requirements
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel master data and handling the reporting and certification process for social insurance providers, offices and other external bodies
  • In addition, you will be responsible for correspondence with health insurance companies and tax authorities, ensuring that all necessary data is transmitted on time and in a legally compliant manner
  • Your tasks will also include providing employees with expert advice on all payroll-related issues, always explaining complex issues in an understandable and service-oriented manner
  • as part of your work, you will support the preparation and monitoring of payroll tax and social security audits and prepare all the necessary documents in a structured and conscientious manner
  • you will also support the preparation of regular reports and statistics for management and contribute to continuous optimisation through your precise working methods

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) forms the ideal professional basis for your entry
  • In addition, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in operational payroll accounting as well as up-to-date knowledge in the field of payroll tax and social security law for legally compliant processing
  • You have a sound knowledge of common accounting programmes such as SAP or DATEV and are experienced in using MS Office applications.applications characterise you in your day-to-day work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English for internal communication with all customer departments involved
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of discretion and reliability to your work. reliability in dealing with sensitive personnel data as well as a structured and independent way of working in your team
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also bring a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to this responsible position
