You will be responsible for preparing the monthly payslips, including gross-to-net calculations. You will also create and update employee records, as well as manage payroll and annual salary accounts. You will also be responsible for submitting electronic declarations to health insurance funds, tax offices and DEÜV declarations. Furthermore, you will review working time records, overtime, holiday and sick leave. You will also handle the issuance of certificates and act as the point of contact for questions regarding income tax. Last but not least, you will assist with preparatory work for monthly and annual financial statements

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have relevant professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
• You have a sound knowledge of IT and are proficient in using DATEV or SAP and MS Office
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• A meticulous approach to work, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team round off your profile
• Last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
