• You will independently carry out day-to-day financial accounting for several companies, whilst complying with all tax regulations and internal guidelines
• You will also post and record all types of business transactions, whilst documenting even complex matters reliably and in a transparent manner
• You will also oversee and monitor the smooth flow of invoices from receipt through to final approval, including checks and reconciliations
• You will carry out account reconciliation and the maintenance and management of master data with care and a focus on data quality
• As part of your role, you will prepare advance VAT returns and work closely with external tax advisers whenever necessary
• Furthermore, you will independently carry out payroll accounting, including payroll and construction payroll for 60 to 120 employees, ensuring it is completed on time and in detail
• Finally, you will use DATEV and other digital accounting systems to ensure efficient, secure data processing and further process optimisation

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), ideally with experience in a tax consultancy
• you also have sound experience in financial accounting and payroll accounting, and several years’ practical experience in independently processing payroll
• Your confident use of accounting and payroll software such as DATEV or eGECKO ensures the swift and reliable processing of new client mandates
• You have native-level written and spoken German and can communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly
• Furthermore, you are characterised by a structured, reliable and independent approach to your work and maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations
• You are also a team player, take a solution-oriented approach to your work and value interacting with a diverse range of clients in a dynamic working environment
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
