• You will carry out the monthly payroll and carefully check the payroll results
• You will maintain complete and up-to-date personnel master data in the system
• You will be responsible for reporting and issuing certificates to social security bodies and public authorities
• You will work independently and on your own initiative on day-to-day financial accounting
• You will check, allocate to accounts and post incoming and outgoing invoices
• You will handle payment transactions and monitor incoming payments
• You will maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable and resolve any discrepancies
• You will record cash and bank transactions and reconcile the accounts
• You will assist with accounting tasks for monthly and annual financial statements
• You will liaise with the tax adviser and management on accounting and payroll-related matters

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a tax clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or bookkeeper (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in payroll and financial accounting
• You have knowledge of income tax and social security law
• You are proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and financial accounting
• You are characterised by a structured, conscientious and independent approach to your work
• Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive data are second nature to you
