• In this role, you will carry out payroll processing, checking and processing the recorded working hours and absences
• You will maintain personnel master data, including the formalities for new hires and departures
• You will liaise directly with health insurance funds, employers’ liability insurance associations, social security providers, social funds for the construction industry and public authorities
• You will apply and implement current collective agreement provisions, particularly in the area of construction wages
• You will contribute to the further development and optimisation of digital processes in payroll accounting

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a tax clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Human Resources Services Clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a Payroll Accountant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of construction payroll accounting would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You are confident in using digital payroll systems and standard MS Office applications
• You are meticulous and reliable, and can maintain a clear overview even when dealing with large volumes of data
