• You will be responsible for the monthly payroll accounting for all employees of the company using SAP HCM
• You will be responsible for the maintenance, checking and processing of master data, movement data and time data relevant to payroll
• You will take care of the processing of reports and certificates as well as communication with health insurance companies, social security institutions and authorities
• , movement and payroll-relevant time data
• You will be responsible for processing the reporting and certification system and communicating with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities
• You will be a competent contact person for employees and managers on issues relating to payroll, wage tax and social security law

• You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally you have experience in human resources and several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• you also have good knowledge of wage tax and social security law
• you are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• you are characterised by good written and spoken German
• reliability, ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
