• You will independently handle staff remuneration, pensioner payroll, travel expense claims and working time arrangements
• You will support and advise staff from the moment they join the company until they leave, for example with regard to payroll, changes to working hours and employment contracts, as well as applications for parental leave and leave of absence
• As the point of contact, you will be available to answer all queries relating to payroll and HR administration
• You will manage the company pension scheme
• You will be responsible for HR reporting
• You will implement existing works agreements as well as statutory and collective agreement provisions

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have several years’ professional experience in the relevant field
• You have a good knowledge of SAP HCM and Microsoft Office products
• You have a very good understanding of labour law, income tax law and social security law
• You demonstrate a high level of advisory expertise, as well as commitment and a willingness to perform
• A passion for working as part of a team rounds off your profile
