• In this role, you will prepare the monthly payslips
• You will record employee master data and transaction data relevant to payroll
• You will prepare certificates, statistics and reports
• As the point of contact for staff, you will be available to assist with all matters relating to payroll
• You will handle correspondence with health insurance providers, other insurers and public authorities

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as a recruitment specialist (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management specialist (m/f/d),

you have

• you have relevant professional experience in the field of payroll accounting and, ideally, experience with the Datev programme
• you have a sound knowledge of MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German, are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• the ability to work as part of a team and reliability round off your profile
