• You will be responsible for carrying out the monthly payroll processing on time and independently, whilst taking into account collective agreement provisions, company regulations, and the relevant income tax and social security legislation
• You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel master data and transaction data in SAP HCM and the time management system
• You will handle correspondence with social security providers, government departments and authorities, including the issuing of certificates and reporting procedures
• You will also act as the point of contact for any queries relating to payroll

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field
• You have also gained 4 to 5 years’ professional experience in payroll accounting
• A good command of German is also an asset
• Furthermore, knowledge of ATOSS and ZEUS would be an advantage
