• You will independently carry out the monthly payroll processing for a fixed group of staff (drivers, administration, workshop)
• Maintaining and managing all personnel master data in the payroll software will be your responsibility
• You will reliably process new hires, departures, contract amendments and time-recording data, and document them in the system
• As the point of contact, you will assist staff with all queries regarding pay, tax, social security and other payroll-related matters
• You also handle communication with health insurance providers, the tax office, social security bodies and public authorities with ease
• You prepare certificates, reports and statistics independently
• You will actively support the team with monthly and annual closing tasks in the HR department
• You will consistently monitor compliance with statutory, collective agreement and company-specific requirements – such as legislation governing driving personnel and the Working Hours Act –

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally specialising in HR/payroll, or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some initial professional experience in payroll processing, preferably in the transport or service sector
• You have a sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
• You are confident in using standard payroll software (e.g. DATEV, SAP or similar) and MS Office
• You are known for your meticulous and conscientious approach to your work
