• You will reliably prepare the monthly payroll
• Carefully enter employee master data and transaction data relevant to payroll
• Certifications, You prepare certificates, statistics and analyses in a structured and timely manner
• You are the contact person for employees for all payroll-related issues
• You handle correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities professionally

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or with a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in payroll accounting
• Experience with the DATEV programme is desirable
• You have a good level of familiarisation and a valid work permit
