• You will meticulously maintain employee data such as tax brackets, bank details and health insurance details, and keep payroll records up to date at all times
• Each month, you will calculate net pay, taking into account working hours, overtime, allowances and deductions for income tax and social security contributions
• You are responsible for the timely submission of contribution statements to health insurance funds and income tax returns to tax offices
• You will prepare payslips for staff, process employment certificates, sick notes and annual income tax certificates
• You will prepare bank transfers for salaries, taxes and social security contributions, and ensure that all payments are made on time
• the settlement of travel expenses also falls within your remit
• in addition, you will support the HR team and the switchboard with day-to-day operations

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have experience in payroll accounting
• Very good written and spoken German enables you to communicate professionally and process payrolls without errors
• You are known for your reliability, making you a dependable member of the team
