• You will be responsible for the technical support of payroll accounting and develop strategies to optimally map processes within HR management
• In addition, you will be responsible for supporting payroll accounting yourself and reliably communicate with authorities
• The area of responsibility includes all activities within the monthly payroll accounting processes - including all follow-up activities - as well as advising the payroll clerks on technical issues relating to the HCM system
• You will carefully test new functionalities in the area of payroll accounting and then transfer them to regular operations

• You have a degree in human resources management or a degree with an HR focus (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• You have a good knowledge of the business processes of large HR departments
• You are confident in tax and social security law - ideally with experience in various professional groups such as nursing, medical services, industrial employees, scientists or students
• Experience in communicating with social security institutions and advanced basic knowledge of labour law
• You are experienced in the SAP modules PA and PY
• You are also proficient in the common MS Office programs
• You work independently on new topics and impress with a high degree of customer and employee orientation
