• You will handle time recording, including master data maintenance and the recording of absences
• You will carry out preparatory and support tasks for payroll accounting
• You will mentor trainees in the area of time recording
• You will draft internal documents and form letters and dispatch them
• You will cover for staff on holiday or sick leave at the central reception desk
• You will contribute to the improvement of business processes in accordance with internal guidelines

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in human resources
• You have sound IT skills and are proficient in using MS Office and HR software
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are a team player, reliable and have a loyal work ethic
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
