Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

• Training will be provided. 40.00 hours per week. However, the role can be filled on a part-time basis, above 50%
• the position is initially intended for 2 months with the option of extension
• Working hours are flexible between 7 am and 6 pm, with a 39-hour week

• You will be responsible for handling peak workloads in HR for those undertaking the Federal Voluntary Service
• You will review, process and check applications and notifications from Federal Volunteers
• HR administration will be part of your duties

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the areas of HR administration, HR, etc.
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
