    Job description

    • You will be responsible for the full implementation of monthly payroll accounting, taking into account all current social security and tax law requirements for the assigned employees
    • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the personnel master data in the SAP system and ensuring error-free documentation of all payroll-relevant processes
    • Furthermore, you will be responsible for general correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities and act as a competent contact person for all payroll-related issues within the organisation
    • The preparation of employment contracts, certificates and various attestations are also part of your diverse tasks as part of the operational support of the entire HR department
    • as part of your work, you will support the optimisation of existing processes in personnel administration and prepare yourself specifically for taking on more extensive areas of responsibility
    • finally, you will be responsible for the preparation of regular reports and statistics and actively participate in the implementation of upcoming annual financial statements in the area of payroll accounting

    Requirements

    • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d)
    • In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational HR processing as well as in the practical application of payroll and payroll accounting systems
    • Your solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as your routine use of SAP HR software
