Job description

  • You will be responsible for carrying out the monthly payroll processing independently and on time for a defined group of employees, whilst complying with all statutory requirements
  • You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support for all staff, from their start date to their departure, as well as maintaining master data
  • Furthermore, you will ensure the consistent implementation of collective agreement provisions and act as a competent point of contact for staff on all HR-related matters
  • Reliable communication and correspondence with external bodies such as health insurance providers, public authorities and social security providers is also part of your varied daily responsibilities
  • As part of your role, you will support the entire recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements through the applicant tracking system to onboarding

  • You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of a standard payroll software package such as SAGE HR and your expert use of Microsoft Office
