Job description

  • You will support all administrative and organisational tasks related to personnel management
  • Reliably maintain and manage both personnel master data and transaction data in the relevant HR systems
  • You will be responsible for preparing and processing employment contracts, certificates and various documents
  • You process notifications to external bodies, such as health insurance companies or authorities, and always maintain an overview of deadlines and requirements
  • You supervise and support a defined group of employees by acting as a contact person:
  • you communicate openly and professionally with internal colleagues and the works council as well as with external partners and authorities
  • you are also actively involved in HR projects and help to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements

  • You have completed your commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d), or have a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the HR department or in HR-related commercial activities
  • With data, lists and personnel systems and are also confident in using the common MS Office applications
  • In addition, you have a good understanding of organisational processes, time management and the basics of labour law
  • You are communicative and service-oriented and represent yourself professionally to employees and external contacts
  • You are characterised by independent thinking and acting, reliability and team spirit
