• You will independently carry out payroll accounting for approximately 70 employees
• You will also be responsible for staff time recording
• You will also prepare annual social security returns and income tax certificates
• You will carry out statutory registrations and deregistrations
• You will confidently handle correspondence with health insurance funds and tax offices
• You will draw up employment contracts and manage the company’s pension scheme
• You will act as the point of contact for various levels of management on matters relating to payroll
• Finally, you will play an active role in shaping digitalisation processes within the HR department

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), a Human Resources Services Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have experience in the relevant field
• finally, you are digitally savvy, as we are looking to digitise some of our processes and workflows
