Job description

  • The implementation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined care area or facility including all accompanying work a facility, including all accompanying work
  • You will provide support with personnel cost projections and forecasts for the assigned support area
  • You will be responsible for preparing draft contracts and ancillary agreements based on sample templates
  • You will actively participate in projects, particularly in driving forward digitalisation in the P&I LOGA HR modules

Requirements

  • A completed, state-recognised commercial apprenticeship of at least 3 years, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or relevant professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a tax office
  • As an applicant from the public sector such as public utilities, hospitals and social institutions in the public sector, you are very welcome, as are applications from pensioners:in with appropriate qualifications
  • Furthermore, you have sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law, ideally also in the area of TVöD/TV-L
  • the confident use of MS Office applications is a matter of course for you
  • you have experience with LOGA P&I (applicants from the public sector such as municipal utilities, hospitals and social institutions of the public service are welcome, hospitals and social institutions of the public service are welcome)
  • You are characterised by your binding, service- and service-oriented attitude
