For our client, a company in the power supply sector in Berlin-Mitte, we are looking for you as a Personnel Controlling Officer (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement.

Job description

  • You will independently process a wide variety of ad-hoc enquiries relating to our key personnel figures
  • You will take responsibility for processing and managing the legally required data collection
  • You will carefully prepare regular data reports for various actuarial valuations, such as for company pension schemes, insolvency protection, personnel obligations and regulatory purposes
  • Reliably prepare reports and forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for internal and external recipients:inside
  • You work independently on the management report, sustainability report and remuneration report and coordinate the input from colleagues:internal
  • You actively support the personnel planning process
  • You are responsible for the detailed planning and analysis of personnel expense data
  • You ensure the correct accounting treatment of all personnel-related issues
  • You independently update the organisational structure in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • You continuously improve existing processes and tools, for example dashboards, Power Query / Power BI and the use of artificial intelligence
  • You are a reliable contact person (m/f/d)
  • You provide competent advice on personnel-related issues within the framework of the Incentive Regulation Ordinance (ARegV)

Requirements

  • You have a degree in a suitable subject area, for example economics with a focus on controlling, HR management or accounting
  • You have professional experience in HR controlling or in related fields of activity
  • Your experience with "European Sustainability Reporting Standards" (ESRS) and knowledge of ARegV are an advantage
  • You are characterised by very good Excel skills
  • You speak English well (at least level B2)
  • Your experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM will benefit you
