• You manage and maintain staff master data with the utmost care and ensure it is always up to date
• For monthly payroll, you prepare the necessary data and forward it to the external payroll service provider
• You will draw up employment contracts, contract amendments, references and certificates
• As a trusted point of contact, you will assist staff with queries regarding their employment and HR matters
• You independently handle registrations, deregistrations and changes of address with social security providers and public authorities
• You support the recruitment process by preparing job advertisements, reviewing applications and assisting with applicant management
• You maintain personnel files conscientiously, whilst ensuring data protection and confidentiality

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in human resources as well as in-depth knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
• You are well versed in payroll accounting
• You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
