You advise managers on individual HR measures and on the performance and behaviour of staff; you also support managers in the further development of the department and during periods of change; furthermore, you prepare HR measures relating to the commencement, changes and the termination of employment contracts, coordinate them and implement them. You will work with the works council: providing information and coordinating measures in day-to-day operations, as well as helping to draw up works agreements. You will also determine staffing requirements and coordinate these with the relevant departments; last but not least, you will draw up job descriptions including pay grading. You will be the point of contact:for staff on matters relating to their employment

• You have a degree specialising in Human Resources or equivalent training
• You also have several years’ professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial company bound by collective agreements
• You also have a good knowledge of employment and social security law
• You are confident using MS Office (an affinity for MS Excel is desirable) and SAP HCM
• You will apply your good written and spoken English skills in this role
