Job description

  • You work in a generalist way: Your expertise covers all relevant HR processes and topics
  • In addition, you are available as a versatile contact person for several departments
  • With your support, you maintain a partnership-based cooperation with the works council and are available as a competent HR contact person
  • You support your employees openly and accompany them through all phases of their employment relationship

  • You use your solid expertise in payroll: Even if you are not directly responsible for payroll, you know the processes and provide support

Requirements

  • You have sound experience in HR, ideally as a Business Partner (m/f/d), HR services manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable role
  • With your knowledge of the requirements and special features of the mechanical engineering (ME) industry, you are able to deal confidently with industry-specific issues
  • You have proven experience in working with works councils and develop solutions in the interests of all parties involved
  • Thanks to your strong assertiveness, you are able to make clear decisions and represent positions convincingly
  • You combine your assertiveness with competent, empathetic and appreciative employee support
  • With your solid expertise in payroll processes, you provide reliable support, even if this is not your main area of responsibility
