For our client, a major international water and environmental services company in Munich, we are looking for you as a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the full implementation of monthly payroll accounting, taking into account all social security and tax law requirements for a defined group of employees
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the holistic personnel administration from entry to exit and ensure complete documentation of all personnel-relevant processes
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation of legally compliant employment contracts, contracts, contract amendments and qualified employment references and correspond independently with the relevant departments
  • providing expert advice to employees
  • Your daily tasks also include providing expert advice to employees and managers on all payroll-related and social security issues
  • As part of your role, you will support the continuous maintenance and optimisation of HR master data in the payroll system and prepare relevant key figures for reporting
  • In addition, you will assist with correspondence with public authorities, social insurance agencies and health insurance companies and act as a reliable interface for all external institutions
  • Finally, you will be responsible for participating in internal payroll tax and social security audits and providing all the necessary documents and analyses in a timely and technically correct manner

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) as well as specialised further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound, relevant professional experience in operational personnel work and payroll accounting, ideally within a complex company structure or industrial sector
  • You have a sound knowledge of common payroll systems such as SAP HCM or DATEV and are experienced in using MS Office
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure professional communication with internal and external contacts
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of discretion and a structured, independent way of working to ensure that sensitive personnel data is always processed on time and without errors
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a service-oriented manner, to keep customer satisfaction within the internal specialist departments at a sustainably high level
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
