• In this role, you will carry out payroll processing independently
• You will maintain and manage personnel master data and information relevant to payroll
• You will act as the point of contact for matters relating to payroll and social security law
• You will oversee the reporting and certification process
• You will work with public authorities, health insurance funds and external service providers
• You will be responsible for handling partial retirement schemes
• You will maintain and manage time and attendance records

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a human resources specialist (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d) or an office management assistant (m/f/d) specialising in HR
• You have solid experience in carrying out payroll accounting independently
• You must have experience of working with the steel industry collective agreement or the metal industry collective agreement
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard payroll software would be an advantage
• A good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
