• You support the entire prescription management, including e-prescriptions
• You take on important tasks in the procurement, checking and allocation of prescriptions
• You independently process and control outstanding prescriptions in compliance with legal deadlines
• You reliably prepare co-payment and private invoices
• You actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You are a competent contact person for prescribers and patients
• You carefully monitor interface processes

• You have completed training as a PCA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with experience in prescription billing
• You have knowledge of legal requirements, ideally also in retaxing, homecare or the pharmacy sector
• You are confident in using MS Office, and experience with MS Navision is an advantage for you
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, including correct grammar
• A careful, structured and independent way of working characterises you
• A pronounced service orientation and communication skills in dealing with patients are among your strengths
