• You support the review and approval of manufacturing orders and GMP documents, thus ensuring compliance and quality in the production process
• The creation, maintenance and archiving of GMP documents - supplemented by the training of employees - are among your central tasks, which enables seamless documentation and assurance of regulatory requirements
• you actively participate in optimisation projects, process developments and validations, which continuously increases efficiency and product quality
• close communication with interface departments supports an efficient production process and promotes cross-departmental collaboration
• as the main point of contact:in for an important customer, you take on the planning and coordination of production orders and are the central point of communication
• you represent activities relating to the administration, storage and documentation of narcotics and cannabinoid-containing products and ensure legally compliant handling of sensitive goods

• You have completed training in the pharmaceutical or scientific field or have a comparable qualification
• Very good written and spoken German enables confident and precise communication as well as error-free documentation
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in commercial office activities provides sound practical knowledge for administrative and production-related tasks
• You are a communicative personality, who is effective and solution-oriented both internally and with customers and interfaces
