• You will be responsible for the technical supervision of construction projects involving gas and district heating pipelines, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines
• You will supervise the construction work professionally in accordance with recognised engineering standards and accident prevention regulations
• You will coordinate the construction work from a technical perspective and liaise with authorities, service providers and customers on site
• You will draw up and check quantity surveys
• You will correctly invoice all construction work and also manage any supplementary contracts
• You organise and conduct regular construction meetings
• You support the monitoring and updating of complex schedules to ensure the construction process runs smoothly
• You will be involved in the costing and final capitalisation of planned construction projects within the company
• You will check construction progress and compliance with specifications on site and document the results in a transparent manner

• You must have successfully completed further training as a network supervisor (m/f/d) or a state-certified technician (m/f/d) with an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) or civil engineer (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience in construction management or as a foreman in the gas and heating supply sector
• You have a sound knowledge of standard MS Office applications, GAEB-compliant costing software and ERP systems
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and excellent communication skills
• You have a strong sense of teamwork
• You are reliable and always work in a structured and independent manner on all projects and tasks assigned to you
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
