• You will be responsible for the technical treatment of industrial wastewater and for keeping the required operational log up to date during day-to-day site operations
• You will also be responsible for ensuring reliable compliance with all regulatory requirements and all discharge criteria specified by the relevant environmental authority
• You will also oversee the professional execution of internal and external sampling procedures and analyse all relevant operational statistics
• Your responsibilities will also include the targeted optimisation of all treatment processes, as well as ensuring health and safety at work and accident prevention
• As part of your role, you will assist with the coordination of staff rota planning and the structured recruitment of new staff for the cleaning team
• Furthermore, you will assist with the procurement of consumables, the management of external waste disposal services and the handling of complaints
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleaning routes are handed over in a clean condition, as well as general facility management tasks across the entire premises

• You have completed further training as a wastewater technician (m/f/d) or industrial technician (m/f/d) based on an apprenticeship as a specialist (m/f/d) in wastewater technology
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in wastewater treatment and in the practical management of a technical operations team
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common software programmes for order processing and your confident use of MS Office
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German enables you to communicate smoothly with authorities and external service providers
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, a strong focus on quality and a high level of commitment to your day-to-day work
• Finally, you have strong organisational skills and always work independently, solution-oriented, and are absolutely reliable and structured in all matters
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
