You will be responsible for carrying out complex installation and maintenance work independently within your assigned operational area You will also be responsible for the professional execution of all necessary tasks involved in the rapid resolution of faults Furthermore, you will actively support the team in carrying out regular inspections and maintenance work The careful maintenance and upkeep of building services systems will also form part of your regular duties In addition, you will accurately document all relevant procedures in accordance with guidelines whilst liaising with external contractors on a daily basis In addition, you will always ensure strict compliance with all applicable safety guidelines throughout the entire work area

REQUIREMENTS

You have completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic specialising in plumbing, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), a plumber and heating engineer (m/f/d) or a plumbing installer (m/f/d) ideally, you also have some solid initial professional experience in the professional maintenance of building services systems good knowledge of the safe use of common PC applications and MS Office programmes rounds off your profile You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication Furthermore, you work both independently and as part of a team, and are strongly customer-focused . To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
