• You will assemble and maintain equipment and system components, doors, hatches, flaps, gangways, cranes and other items on board
• You manufacture individual parts in accordance with technical documentation using manual and machine-based production processes
• You use testing and measuring equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy during production
• You position components in preparation for and during welding work
• You comply with the relevant regulations and safety provisions
• You fabricate and pressure-test pipework

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a pipe fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have experience with shipboard technical systems and in commissioning
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Team spirit, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
