• You carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on heating, plumbing and drinking water systems
• In the event of faults or damage, you systematically investigate the cause and rectify it
• You install and replace pipework, fittings, pumps and radiators in a professional manner
• You carry out maintenance on ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
• You carry out inspections and functional tests on the systems independently
• Once the work is complete, you document maintenance logs and work records
• On site, you liaise with customers and colleagues whilst complying with health and safety regulations
• You work on building sites and at customers’ premises, carrying out installation and assembly work in accordance with specifications

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic specialising in plumbing, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), a plumber and heating engineer (m/f/d) or a gas and water plumber (m/f/d)
• You have already gained professional experience in maintenance, servicing or repairs
• You have knowledge of plumbing and heating systems, ideally also of ventilation and air conditioning
• A certificate of competence in refrigeration or welding skills would be an advantage
• You have a technical understanding and enjoy troubleshooting
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You hold a Category B driving licence
• You work independently, meticulously and reliably
• You are characterised by a friendly, customer-focused manner
