• You will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of building services systems, with a focus on plumbing, heating and air conditioning
• You will be responsible for identifying and rectifying faults in controlled systems (ventilation and supply systems, gates)
• You will also carry out inspection rounds and report any faults identified in our client’s systems and buildings

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, a gas and water installer (m/f/d), heating engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience in the areas mentioned
• you have a good understanding of utility systems
• a valid Class B driving licence (or the former Class 3) would be an advantage, but is not a requirement
• You are characterised by your independent and conscientious approach to work
• A willingness to work two-shift patterns and be on call rounds off your profile
• Valid work permits and a good command of spoken and written German are essential for employment
