• You will carry out installation, repair and maintenance work, as well as troubleshooting on heating and plumbing systems
• You will also commission a wide variety of systems
• You will order materials for upcoming jobs
• You will also provide friendly, service-oriented support to customers on site
• In addition, you will handle order processing and follow-up with customers

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) engineer (m/f/d), a mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained some initial experience in the maintenance and repair of heating and plumbing systems
• You are confident using digital service tools such as tablets or app-based documentation
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• You have a friendly manner and take a solution-oriented approach when dealing with customers
• You are characterised by an independent and reliable way of working in the field
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
