• You will be responsible for the professional execution of challenging and varied construction projects throughout the region
• You will also be responsible for the technically correct execution of all installation work required in both multi-family and single-family homes
• You will also oversee the complete and professional modernisation and bespoke refurbishment of high-quality private bathrooms
• The scheduled replacement and professional modernisation of various heating systems will also form part of your daily and important duties
• As part of your role, you will assist with the professional installation of state-of-the-art, energy-efficient systems, such as innovative solar installations
• Furthermore, you will assist with the installation and commissioning of modern wood pellet systems and environmentally friendly heat pumps

• You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic specialising in plumbing, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), a gas fitter (m/f/d) or a heating engineer (m/f/d)
• You also have some relevant work experience in the field of plumbing and heating technology or in customer service
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication
• Furthermore, you are characterised by a high degree of friendliness, reliability and a strong sense of flexibility in your day-to-day work
• You also impress with your quick grasp of new concepts, your strong commitment and a consistently independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
