Plant operator (m/f/d)

• remuneration above the standard rate (€19.50 per hour as a starting wage)

• You weigh out the required raw materials precisely and carefully document the weights
• In accordance with the operating instructions, you operate the fermentation plant and monitor the ongoing process
• You regularly check the plant’s operating status
• You identify any abnormal readings or faults at an early stage and report them to the relevant departments
• You prepare batches and raw materials for the fermentation process and make them available
• You record process and measurement data in a traceable manner in the specified logs
• You ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards at every stage of the work and keep the work area and plant clean
• You assist with cleaning and simple maintenance tasks on the plant as instructed

• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
